The St. Paul Academy and Summit School boys tennis team will once again be well represented at the Class A Individual State Tournament after two Spartan doubles teams earned top finishes at the Section 4A Individual Tournament.
The doubles team of Allan Wang ’26 and Isaak Senaratna ’27 captured the Section 4A doubles championship, while Henry Cammack ’28 and Winston Arvidson ’28 finished as section runners-up. Both teams qualified for the Class A State Tournament, which begins June 4. | Doubles Section Bracket
Wang and Senaratna continued their dominant season with another impressive postseason performance, adding a section title to an already decorated resume. The duo returns to the state tournament after winning the 2025 Class A doubles state championship last spring.
Cammack and Arvidson also put together a strong showing throughout the section tournament to secure a second-place finish and a spot at state. Arvidson enters the tournament with championship experience after winning the 2025 Class A singles state title.
The Spartans also saw a strong performance from Lucas Laguna ’28, who finished third in the Section 4A singles tournament. Laguna battled through a competitive singles bracket and capped off the tournament with a podium finish against many of the section’s top players. | Individual Section Bracket
