The Alpine Ski program is thriving with an ever-growing group of talented skiers across grades 7-12. Even with the unprecedented winter with record-low snowfall, the program made the most of its season. High temperatures made it nearly impossible for the local slopes to make snow, so the SPA skiers hit the weight room from November through December.
Once they were finally able to get outside, the coaches worked on teaching skiers of all levels with patience and a highly experienced coaching staff. The team acts as a co-ed program and practices at Buck Hill Ski Area in Burnsville.
