There are several steps that need to be completed in order to register and be fully eligible for participation.  Prior to signing up with Bound, please make sure to have the following ready if needed:

• Physicals/Medical Form Requirements 
  • • Dated within last 3 years, has a doctor’s signature AND states “eligible to participate”
    • Those that completed registration with Arbiter will have confirmation of current physicals in Bound
    • Can accept any format that your doctor/clinic uses OR Click HERE for a copy of the MSHSL version
  • • FREE High School Sports Physicals — are offered by Twin Cities Orthopedics. Register here: TCO Physicals

• Activity Registration Accounts 
  • In Bound, you will be prompted to input the following information, so it is helpful to have that information available:  Emergency Contact Information, Health Insurance Info, Release of Liability and acceptance of MSHSL Eligibility Statement. Access to that information is restricted to the members of the athletic department, the athletic trainer, and the coaches of specific teams to use in the event of an emergency.  Coaches are only provided access to their team roster or for athletes in their program.
  • Students are allowed to participate with ONE sport each season
  • Your Bound login will allow you to register for all three sports seasons and to set up an account for each athlete
