SPA Athletics is excited to share that our long-awaited Athletics Strategic Plan was formally unveiled yesterday by Dr. Luis Ottley at a community meeting. This plan has been years in the making and outlines six key focus areas that will guide the future of Athletics at SPA. Along with the overarching goals presented, the full plan includes detailed recommendations that will shape both short-term and long-term growth.

Many committee members and focus-area leads attended the presentation to highlight progress already underway, including several recommendations that have already been implemented. These early wins reflect areas of high priority and initiatives that required minimal resource investment.
